Welcome to our house in the center of Nerja - Just 100 meters 

The house is located 100 meters from Burriana / Carabeillo Beach and 5-10 minutes walk from the European balcony. In the area, called Urbanization Los Huertos, there are 19 townhouses with a shared pool just a few meters from our terrace. The pool, which is open all year round, is surrounded by a well-kept garden with space for sun loungers and play.

We bought the house in the spring of 2017 and have now built a cozy roof terrace with dining area and sun loungers and views of the pool and mountains. All walls are freshly painted and the floors polished and we have furnished the house in Scandinavian style with a Mediterranean touch.

The house is located in the popular Parador area just 5-10 minutes walk along the car-free Calle Carabeo to the European balcony. There are bakeries, a small grocery store and cozy restaurants directly outside the area. Very central but still quiet and no stairs / slopes to walk to the European balcony!
