Nerja, with 320 days of sunshine per year, is a gem on the Spanish Costa del Sol and although the small fishing village has grown into a holiday paradise, it has retained its character with narrow alleys and cozy little beaches.

Here you can extend the summer during the spring and autumn and hibernate in pleasant Swedish "spring warmth" during the winter. If you want to ski at an altitude of 3000 meters, it takes 1.5 hours to go to Sierra Nevada.

The Balcony of Europe is the focal point of the town and there is often entertainment here in the form of music, artists painting and acrobats. Every week there is a market in Nerja.
