Nerja with 320 days of sunshine a year is a hidden gem on the Spanish coast and even though the small fishing village has grown into a holiday paradise, it has retained its character with narrow alleys and cozy little beaches.
 
Here you can extend the summer during the spring and autumn and overwinter in pleasant Swedish "spring heat" during the winter. If you want to ski at an altitude of 3000 meters, it takes 1.5 hours to go to the Sierra Nevada.

The European balcony is the gathering point in the city and here it is often entertainment in the form of music, artists who paint and acrobats. Every week there is a market in Nerja.
