Our house consists of three floors and there are marble floors throughout the house. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. and a living room with TV (170 TV channels, some Swedish/Scandinavian and Chromecast). The living room has sliding doors out to the terrace which has direct access to the pool and garden. There is also a toilet with washing machine on the ground floor.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower, completely newly built in 2025. Both bedrooms have French balconies, one overlooking the pool.
On the third floor there is a third bedroom with two single beds (90 and 120 cm wide). Here you will also find our roof terrace of approximately 20 sqm with sun loungers, Weber grill and dining table and views of the pool and mountains.
